Por ter grande parte de sua estrutura arquitetônica e ambiental preservada, foi Tombado em 2018 pelo Conselho do Patrimônio Histórico da cidade de São Paulo (CONPRESP). Esta edificação é conhecida como Prédio Central e foi construído em 1925 para ser a sede administrativa da instituição, possuindo também salas de aula, biblioteca, auditório e laboratórios. Atualmente, a edificação abriga o Centro de Memória UNASP São Paulo, o curso de Arquitetura e Urbanismo do UNASP, bem como seus laboratórios, e durante o dia as atividades do Fundamental II do Colégio UNASP.
Simple English: The Adventist University Center of São Paulo (UNASP) is a non-profit educational institution, founded in 1915 in Capão Redondo, in the southern part of the city of São Paulo. Because much of its architectural and environmental structure has been preserved, it was declared a Heritage Site in 2018 by the São Paulo City Historical Heritage Council (CONPRESP). This building is known as Prédio Central (Central Building) and was built in 1925 to be the administrative headquarters of the institution, also having classrooms, library, auditorium, and laboratories. Currently, the building houses the UNASP São Paulo Memory Center, UNASP's Architecture and Urbanism course, as well as its laboratories and, during the day, the activities of UNASP's Fundamental II School.
