A portrait of UFA MLA Peter Enzenauer of Kitscoty. Inscription on the reverse reads: "P. Enzenauer / Alexandra"
Peter Enzenauer moved to the Herronton area from Illinois in 1904. In 1921 he sold his land and bought another farm in the Kitscoty area. Enzenauer ran as a UFA candidate in the 1921 Alberta general election in the electoral district on Alexandra, winning the seat. He won two more terms in the 1926 and 1930 elections, but lost his seat in 1935 to Social Credit candidate Selmer Berg. Enzenauer also served as a delegate of the Alberta Wheat Pool for the Lloydminster area from 1923 to 1928.
