SHARP, striated black crystals to 7 mm form a 360-degree cluster atop a bright crystal of some other sulfide, on this pretty amazing thumbnail specimen! I am told it was purchased from Gene Schlepp in 1992 and came out of an old Butte collection he was handling at the time. The only reported locality on MINDAT for the species from Butte is this mine, so I presume that is the specific mine from whence it came. 1.5 x 1 x .8 cm
