Description

Bir Bahadur Rai, Pastor Prem Pradhan, and Dil Bahadur Thakuri in Tansen prison, Nepal, in 1961. Pradhan was sentenced by Nepal's Supreme Court to six years for proselytism, while Rai and Thakuri were each sentenced to twelve months for conversion. Four other Christians were also convicted for conversion in Tansen at this time, receiving sentences of between six and twelve months.
