Summary

Media data and Non-free use rationale
Description The original speech Georgios Grivas (Leader of EOKA) gave to publicly signal the beginning of the campaign against British rule.
Author or
copyright owner
General Georgios Grivas
Source (WP:NFCC#4) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CkmH-C5MdfU (Historical memories EOKA 1955-1959)
Date of publication 1 April 1955
Use in article (WP:NFCC#7) Cyprus Emergency
Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8) To clearly and concisely demonstrate what the original purpose of EOKA was as the whole "purpose" of EOKA is generally misinterpreted from hearsay and misrepresentation. This is the original speech of the leader of EOKA Georgios Grivas and can lead to no other misinterpretations. Though not high volume the speech can very easily be understood, it is in native Greek but can easily be translated if necessary.
Not replaceable with
free media because
(WP:NFCC#1)
The software or website from which the screenshot is taken is copyrighted and not released under a free license, so creation of a free image is not possible.
Not replaceable with
textual coverage because
(WP:NFCC#1)
As stated above, different authors give different views and we end up in edit wars whereas this speech alleviates that issue.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3) I dont see how it can be used in more than 3 articles combined (EOKA, Cyprus Emergency and Georgios Grivas), its his first speech and its 3 minutes long, originally aired more than 68 years ago.
Respect for
commercial opportunities
(WP:NFCC#2)
The use of a low resolution screenshot from software or a website will not impact the commercial viability of the software or site.
