Summary

Description An example of equal and opposite forces that would seem to cancel each other, but one of the cancelled forces still pushes an object up, similar to how the equal and opposite atmospheric pressure at each end of a siphon, that would seem to cancel, leaves atmospheric pressure still able to push the liquid up.
