This is a screenshot of a work produced by the federal government, which puts it into public domain. The screenshot was originally located at http://torrentfreak.com//images/elite.jpg, and they license their work under Creative Commons Attributions-ShareAlike 2.0. However, the screenshot contains the logo of EliteTorrents, which may or may not be copyrighted. To accommodate all these considerations, I have chosen the most restricted one, which is fair use.
