Flowers are white, six-petaled, with green bases and prominent yellow anthers. Dry seed capsules are light brown, three-lobed, with black seeds. (A small quantity of blue putty can be seen at the base of the seed head, used to hold it upright.) |

Note: Nothoscordum × borbonicum is often misnamed as Nothoscordum gracile or Nothoscordum indorum [1]
