One of 2 branch libraries built in Nottingham which were funded by the Carnegie Trust. This is Meadows branch (also Southern Branch), and it was opened in 1925.
The library has an active Friends Group, who maintain the garden, and on the day I visited had arranged for a magician to visit, who was entertaining a large group of children (and parents).
Visited by a member of the Libraries Taskforce team.
