English: Construction of the P735-billion New Manila International Airport also known as Bulacan International Airport, in the 1,693-hectare site - 42% complete on November 2022 - it started on September 18, 2019, with the goal of operating it by 2027 under the “build-operate-transfer” program; (Photos were taken from i) Taliptip Bridge beside Barangays Perez, and Bambang III, from ii) Ubihan-Tawiran Bridge - Ubihan Multi-Purpose Building and Mini Port, and from the iii) Replacement of falling Marcos Bridge in Tawiran, Obando; however, the iv) main - central photos were taken using passenger banca or boat along Ubihan, Meycauayan River boundary capturing Sitio Pariyahan and Camansi beside Sitio Kinse, Sitio Dapdap, Sitio Bunutan, and Sitio Capol and Sibakan all of Barangay Taliptip, Bulakan including the frontage of submerged by floodwater Taliptip National High School QV8W+5C4 Angelita Subdivision, Bagumbayan Street, Bulakan, 3017 Bulakan: featuring the ongoing Dredging - Land reclamation - clearing, digging, excavating and filling of land or sand, among others, in preparation for civil works in the newly created site for the New Manila International Airport] – the largest project in Boskalis’ history; a $1.73-billion contract to restore land at the project; 1,700 hectares of land will be developed for the new facilities, using jumbo hopper dredger Prins der Nederlanden and her sister vessel Oranje; the New Airport will harmonize with the proposed 400-hectare, Northwin Global City by Megaworld Corporation of Andrew Tan (parent if Alliance Global Bulacan's first-ever metropolitan hub Northwin Gateway for business and lifestyle spans the Marilao and Bocaue - Php 98 billion 85-Hectares Township Development along North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) Megaworld’s 28th township which will host one of the station in Manila-Clark Railway Project op­erational in 2024 located along the North Luzon Ex­pressway (NLEX), which will be 20 minutes away from the New Manila Inter­national Airport in Bulacan, which is slated for comple­tion in 2026; the 300-hectare Bulakan Mangrove Ecopark was preserved; the Airport has secured an export credit insurance (ECI) from the Dutch government, represented by Atradius Dutch State Business (DSB), extended the ECI to Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V., "to cover its EUR 1.5 billion contract for land development works at the airport project site in Bulakan, Bulacan; "a rubberized pipe connected to dredging vessel gets land from the sea pumped by the vessel to the site beside Bunutan, Dapdap and Habulan; Groundbreaking was on October 14, 2020; N.B. only drone photos are available in the internet plus the official photos by San Miguel Aerocity Inc. (SMAI); however, not a single photo of the ongoing dredging along the boundary of Ubihan and Taliptip was and is available in the internet images for big - security reasons; thus, these photos are highly valued photos, ever).
