English: A report by a member of the Nachtigall Battalion about the activities of the unit in July–August 1941, that is, the extermination of Jews in the Vinnytsia Oblast, Ukraine. The text of the report in Ukrainian reads as follows:

Перша сотня Легіону заїздить у напрямі Тарнопіль- Вінниця.

По тиждневім побуті у Львові відходить друга і третя в тому самому напрямі, що перша. Призначена денна маршрута 30 км. Ми собі її улегшуємо тим, що посідаємо групами на порожні німецькі авта і там доїздимо до Глинак, а звідси форшпанами через Тернопіль, а від так через Збруч до Саганів с.Довшах наш перший постій був у Міхальполі. Звідси через Проскурів задержалися на довший постій в Юзвіні під Вінницею. В часі нашого пермаршу ми наочно бачили жертви жидівсько-большовицького терору, цей вид теж скріпив ненависть нашу до жидів, що в двох селах ми постріляли всіх стрічних жидів. Пригадую собі один фрагмент. Під час нашого пермаршу перед одним селом бачили багато блукаючих людей. На запит відповідають що жиди відгрожуються їм і вони бояться ночувать у своїх хатах.

У висліді цього, ми постріляли всіх стрічних там жидів.

В Юзвіні ми вже злучилися з цілим куренем. Тут ми довідалися, що перша сотня мала бій з більшовиками під Вінницею. У висліді чого було 3-х ранених наших стрільців а дехто був поданий до відзначення. Хрест заслуги дістав тільки поручик Калина. Всі інші подані до відзначення були не признані мабудь тільки з політичних причин. У Львові нам признали право носити синьо-жовті стяжки на погонах як знамя легіону.
