1. It illustrates an educational article about the National Festival of Community Theatre, which the image represents in being the logos of the four member organisations: All-England Theatre Festival ("AETF"); Association of Ulster Drama Festivals ("AUDF"); Drama Association of Wales ("DAW"); and Scottish Community Drama Association ("SCDA").
2. It is a low resolution image thus not suitable for production of counterfeit goods.
3. The logo is not used in such a way that a reader would be confused into believing that the article is written or authorized by the National Festival of Community Theatre.
4. It is not replaceable with an accurate, uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted image of comparable educational value.
