Description Millie Ringold joined the gold rush to Yogo City in 1878. "She could get up the best meal with the least grub of anyone I knew," recalled Finch David. Other acquaintances noted Millie's enthusiasm for music and her passion for oranges, "devouring them, peel and all." What she treasured most of all was her rambling home that she ran as a hotel in the early days. The structure in the background is a waterwheel that was used to power a crusher at Yogo City's Weatherwax Mine. At Yogo mines, Yogo Gulch, Montana, USA
