Bamford Mill: The mill engine at full chat.A public steaming day with the Musgrave engine running at just over 100 rpm - which is why the barring teeth on the flywheel rim are blurred. The engine still survives but there is no steam plant and the mill is now all flats. The picture was taken with the aid of a Metz Mecablitz 60CT1 - an invaluable tool for this type of work.
