Though this photograph taken by me of product packaging design subject to copyright, I feel its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- It is a photograph of a rare software product that few viewers will be aware of the existence of.
- The software product is not marketed nor available for sale.
- The photo is only being used for informational purposes.
- Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it shows the subject of this article.
