Magyar: Magyar Hírmondó, 1780. Az első magyarnyelvű hírlapot Ráth Mátyás evang. pap indította meg Pozsonyban. Két év mulva Máttyus Péter, 1784-ben Révai Miklós, pár hónap multán Barczafalvi Szabó Dávid vette át a szerkesztést. 1788 októberéig állott fenn, miközben a szerkesztők gyakorta változtak. Érdeklődés híján szűnt meg, miután eredeti hírei alig voltak s a német újságokkal semmikép sem tudta a versenyt felvenni. Az utolsó két évben szépirodalmi melléklettel is kísérletezett; ennek címe volt: Magyar Músa |
