English: British Army Lt. Gen. Mark Poffley OBE, commander force development and capability, talks with Ukrainian Army Col. Ihor Lipko during distinguished visitor day at Exercise Combined Endeavor on Sept. 8, 2014. The goal of Combined Endeavor is to foster stronger alliance and regional relations and security arrangements through C4 systems interoperability testing between NATO and Partnership for Peace nations’ strategic and tactical communication systems.
