While later issues of Cash Box magazine are still under copyright, see here, this 1953 issue was not one of those included in the list under its designation B427698. In fact, no renewals of copyright for the magazine are evident in the registry in general. Meaning that the copyright has lapsed for issues before 1964 and are now in the public domain.
