This is the logo owned by The Center for Outdoor Education owns the copyright to the logo. for Leave No Trace. It is a historical logo. Its historical usage is as follows: The page originally used File:Leave No Trace logo.svg which has been flagged for deletion as a copyright vio. That image states, "This work is in the public domain in the United States because it is a work of the United States Federal Government under the terms of Title 17, Chapter 1, Section 105 of the US Code." However, Copyright status of work by the U.S. government states that works produced by contractors under government contracts... are protected and restricted under U.S. copyright law. The logo wasn't obtained from the Center or from a US Government source, but rather from this website. Having flagged that image for deletion, I'm uploading this image with a "fair use" tag for use in this one article.. |
