Мемориальный знак устанавливается на фасаде дома, адрес которого стал для этого человека последним. English: The Last Address Sign is a commemorative plaque that is installed on the last known residential address of victims of the Soviet Union's Communist regime. The memorial sign is a small, 11x19 cm stainless steel plaque that contains information about the repressed person. This information usually contains his or her name, profession, date of birth, date of arrest, date and reason of death (was shot or died in a Soviet concentration camp), and date of rehabilitation ('for lack of corpus delicti').

Адрес: ул.1-я Инвалидная, д.20, кв.1. Расстрелян 26.11.1937. Место захоронения: Москва, Донское кладбище. Реабилитирован 18 февраля 1956 г. ВКВС СССР. - Харитонов Иван Евлампиевич, род. 1898, Западная обл., Издешковский р-н, д. Славково, русский, б/п, столовая №32 треста ресторанов на Арбате: буфетчик. Адрес: 1-я Инвалидная ул., д.8/2, кв. 1. Расстрелян 10.12.1937. Место захоронения: Бутово.

Леонид Курчевский и Иван Харитонов жили на одной улице, но в разных домах, которые не сохранились, и мемориальные знаки были установлены на доме №6, построенном на этом месте позже.
