France, vol. v. 1892, p. 197, pi. viii. figs.10-12. This is an intermediate form between CristcJlariaand Dentalina. The commencement of the shellresembles Cristellaria. crepiclida. The originalexamples were dredged by the Prince of Monacoin the Azores at 71 fathoms. (Plate 10, tig. E.) Genus Lingulinopsis, Reuss. Early chambers Cristellarian, later ones Lingu-line. Example.—L.
