Summary

Description Photo I took in of a sushi case in a Kansai Super in Kōbe, Japan. At center is vegetarian sushi and on the right, packages of inari. At ¥280 (about $2.40) and ¥158 (about $1.35) the prices are significantly lower than these items would be in the US (and much larger as well, it would seem). I took the photo on 3 July 2005 (timestamp is set for Eastern time in the US).
