Summary

Description
English: A model for SsMYRV4-mediated horizontal transmission between different VCGs. Strains 1980, Ep-1PN and the bridge donor strain belong to different VCGs. Vegetative incompatibility results in death of the interacting hyphae via PCD (red dotted line area), and in blocking virus horizontal transmission.
