English: Indonesian marines and U.S. Marines and Sailors assigned to the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit stand in formation at a training facility in Baluran, Indonesia, Oct. 17, 2009, during a ceremony marking the start of a multilateral exercise. The exercise is designed to improve interoperability between the United States and Indonesia and to provide assistance to Indonesian residents through medical, dental and engineering projects.
