Title
Zrínyi Ilona képmása
Description
English: Portrait of Ilona Zrínyi, Countess Rákóczi and Thököly (1643-1703), mother of Francis II Rákóczi (1676-1735).
Magyar: Zrínyi Ilona (1643-1703) képmása. A festmény 1883-ban Niedermann Pál ajándékaként került a Nemzeti Múzeum gyűjteményébe, II. Rákóczi Ferenc kisméretű mellképével és egy Báthori István erdélyi fejedelem képmásaként meghatározott térdképpel együtt... A három portré a munkácsi várból származik, ahonnan az 1850-es években a katonai kincstár birtokába jutottak s Budára kerültek... Zrínyi Ilona és Rákóczi Ferenc arcképét Petőfi Sándor útleírása is említi a munkácsi vár egyik termében, ahol 1847 júliusában járt a költő... Ugyancsak említi a képet a Budapesti Hírlap 1856. szeptember 21. száma a munkácsi vár leírása kapcsán.
