Čeština: Vlajka obce Hrobce, okres Litoměřice. List tvoří tři vodorovné pruhy, červený, bílý a zvlněný modrý se třemi vrcholy a dvěma prohlubněmi, v poměru 1:1:2. V modrém pruhu dvakrát zatočený žlutý roh kozorožce, obrácený dolů a k žerďovému okraji.
