Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	There is a large section in the games article discussing the controversial scene in the game where the player assaults a woman sexually. It resulted in the game being banned in Australia, and was incredibly controversial amongst critics. It also received additional commentary from the Australian Classification Board.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	The software or website from which the screenshot is taken is copyrighted and not released under a free license, so creation of a free image is not possible.
Not replaceable with textual coverage because (WP:NFCC#1)	While you can get a general idea, the true nature of the scene can not fully described with text.
