English: Grosmont Station, North Yorkshire Moors Railway Lambton Tank locomotive no 29 stands in the station. Although now used for passenger services, this locomotive was built in 1904 for use in the Lambton Colliery Railway which operated in the Durham coalfields, later becoming part of the National Coal Board cmpire. Taken out of use by the NCB in 1969, it was purchased for use on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway in 1970.
