Summary
| Description | This is the grade II listed bonded warehouse at Friar Gate Station. This was owned by the Great Northern Railway Company and was sold to Derby City Council. The building has suffered many years of vandalism, but has been earmarked for preservation and conversion into apartments. So far the developer has made no attempt to develop the building. Some measures have been taken to help protect it from further damage. |
