As seen in the original front and back of the photo, Grace has Woody Woodpecker sitting on her shoulder and a copyright 1957, Walter Lantz Productions mark at the photo's lower left. We all love Woody, but he's far too large to be considered de minimis. Woody was removed from the photo along with the Walter Lantz copyright marks. The photo of Grace without Woody is in the public domain.
