Español: Bandera del municipio de San Juan de Betulia (Sucre).

Consta de dos colores, blanco en la parte superior, que refleja la paz que ha tenido nuestro municipio a través de todos los tiempos, están dibujadas dos manos estrechadas (Blanca y Negra) que nos muestra la unión que existe en nuestro municipio sin distinción de razas. La parte inferior es de color verde que representa la esperanza y hace relación a la naturaleza ya que el sustento de San Juan de Betulia se hace en la agricultura. La estrella de color amarillo ha sido tomada como símbolo de riqueza del pensamiento humano que es digno de admirar en nuestro habitantes.
