«Прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее композицию герба муниципального образования „Баягинский наслег“ в синем, зелёном, жёлтом, белом и чёрном цветах».

Описание герба: «В лазоревом поле на зелёной земле золотая с чёрным каркасом юрта, дымовое отверстие и верхушки каркаса которой поверх серебряного круга; все окружено нитевидным золотым кольцом, внизу в зелёном проросшие внутрь пятью сквозными ромбами, сложенными в крест».
