«Прямоугольное полотнище соотношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее композицию герба муниципального образования „Амгинский наслег“ в синем, зелёном, жёлтом, белом и красном цветах».

Описание герба: «В лазоревом поле пониженный просечённый в цвет поля выщербленный серебряный пояс, поверх которого — золотая головка хлебного колоса, от стебля которого отходят в стороны и вверх две выгнутые к краям тонко окаймлённые золотом лилии с червлёными цветами и зелёными стеблями».
