It is clear from the digital collections of the NY library [1] that the photograph was made for the women's congress in Budapest in 1913. It is unclear if it was published, or simply available at the conference. The maker, Olga Máté died in 1961. The subject disappeared after being interned in a political prisoner camp in 1944.
