English: Dr. Demeter Ritter von Tuschinski: First Attorney of State in Czernowitz, Bukowina. Photo taken in 1912, shortly after receiving the Austrian Order of the Iron Crown 3rd class in July that year. After Bucovina became Romanian following the First World War, he was known as Dr. Dimitrie Tușinschi, which is the Romanian spelling of his name.

I am Demeter Ritter von Tuschinski's great-grandson, Alexander. Demeter Ritter von Tuschinski submitted the photo in 1912 for the publication of the book. I scanned it and adjusted the scan digitally. The photographer is anonymous. I can provide a higher resolution digital copy upon request.
