This image, Dwdiamn.gif, is being linked here; though the logo itself is copyright © to the BBC, I (Josiah Rowe (talk • contribs) 00:49, 1 August 2006 (UTC)) believe that it is covered by U. S. fair use laws because:

1. it is a low-resolution image of the logo in question;
2. it is being used for identification, criticism and commentary on a specific period in the history of the television programme Doctor Who;
3. the use of this logo will in no way interfere with the BBC's copyright, or ability to market the television programme or any ancillary works.
