Español: "Distintivo del Jefe del Estado Mayor del Ejército de Tierra" de acuerdo con la REGLA NÚMERO 5 del TÍTULO IV (CAPÍTULO 2) del texto consolidado del Real Decreto 1511/1977. Se describe en el Punto 1 de la siquiente manera: "Será una bandera cuadra de los colores de la Bandera Nacional, llevando en el centro de la franja roja superior el emblema del Ejército de Tierra, en el centro de la franja gualda tres estrellas de cuatro puntas en color rojo y en el centro de la franja roja inferior, una estrella de cinco puntas, emblema simplificado del Estado Mayor, en azul."
No obstante, se denota que "Si bien el texto de esta regla [REGLA NÚMERO 5, CAPÍTULO II, TÍTULO IV] no se ha modificado expresamente, la imagen que se reproduce de esta insignia corresponde a la versión actual de uso reglamentario en las Fuerzas Armadas, conforme a lo establecido en la Ley 39/2007 [...]." Por lo tanto, la imagen y construcción del distintivo mostrado no coincide con el descrito por la regla. Se estipula que el mostrado "corresponde a la versión actual de uso reglamentario". Por tanto, cabe calificar a este como "(Reglamentario)", y el descrito será calificado como "(Texto Consolidado)". |
