Note that the photo is not tilted - the rows of coffee plants spiral up the hill.

I am fairly sure that the hil is this one. Alas, at the moment, the Google Map satellite image is too vague to see that well enough, but the terrain image is highly suggestive. Also, I'm fairly sure the power plant about 500 m to the NW of the hill is the white building before the hill. So the location of the camera (and me :) ) should be along the straight line through those points. Judging by the apparent zoom I'd say I was about 500 m from the power plant, so based on those assumptions:
