Summary

Description
English: From mutation bias to phenotype bias. The Yampolsky-Stoltzfus model (above), which has been used to show the effect of biases in introduction, is agnostic about whether these biases are mutational or developmental. In this case, even if all individual mutation rates are the same (no mutation bias), there is a 3-fold bias in the introduction of Ile relative to Val.
