Summary

Description
English: An example DARTS workflow. A lysate is split into control and drug treated groups. Lysates are exposed to limited proteolysis. Upon binding a drug, a protein is stabilized and protected from digestion. Undigested proteins can then be detected via western blot (for target validation) or their absence from digests can be measured via mass spectrometry (for target identification).
