On the left is Lloyds Bank, dating from 1854-8 and "modelled on Sansovino's St Mark's Library in Venice" https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1187398 , "glorious Venetian cinquecento" (Pevsner). Ahead is 1756884. On the right is the tower of All Saints church, completed in 1716; the lantern was rebuilt in 1930 https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1282313 . "Its source of inspiration is Wren's St Magnus" (Pevsner) - see 1304304.
