Description
English: Coranga, on Warren Rd, Marrickville, NSW. Built c.1888, architect unknown, possibly built for Mrs. Strathdee. A Victorian Italianate cottage/villa built at the peak of the boom period, showing the confluence of styles with Italianate elements such as the bay window, projecting eaves supported by corbels, and stucco, while Gothic influences include the gothic bargeboard and steeply pitched roof.
