Fluuius quem heridanũ

mo flexu iii scđo iii ter
tio vii quae dicuntur
ora nili summa xiii
huic sub ẽ stella quę
canopus appellatur.

In standard orthography:

Fluvius quem Eridanum dicunt habet stellas primo flexu III, secundo III, tertio VII, quae dicuntur ora Nili, summa XIII, huic sub est stella quae Canopus appellatur.

In English:

The river that they call Eridanus has three stars in the first bend, three in the second, and seven in the third, which are called the mouths of the Nile, (for a) total of 13, (and) under this is the star which is named Canopus.
