English: Depiction from the Durán Codex of the conquest of Cuatzontlan launched by the emperor of Mexico Moctezuma II in the early 16th century.

The Mexica army is seen in the right, while the Cuatzonteca army is seen at the left. The armies are divided by a river. The Nahuatl glyphs of the places where the armies are from (Tenochtitlan and Cuatzontlan) are seen behind each army.

The Durán Codex is a 16th century manuscript written by the Spanish friar Diego Durán, which addresses the prehispanic history of Mexico.

El ejército mexica se ve en la derecha, mientras que el ejército Cuatzonteca se encuentra en la izquierda. Los ejércitos son divididos por un río. Los glifos nahuas de los lugar de donde vienen los ejércitos (Tenochtitlán y Cuatzontlan) se encuentran detrás de cada armada.

El Códice Durán es un manuscrito del siglo XVI escrito por el fraile español Diego Durán, que habla sobre la historia prehispánica de México.
