Cao Văn Lầu died in Vietnam, and I don't have access to the country's resources to look for a non-free version offline. The photographer was not identified, so I cannot ask him or her for permission to use the image.

Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The image is of lower resolution than the online version it is derived from.
