Summary

Description
English: Cambus O'May station on the Deeside Railway (2) Cambus O'May station on the Deeside Railway was opened in 1876. At first it was merely a halt with a simple platform and ballast pit; the small station building was added later. It served the local householders and the day trippers who came to picnic by the river. The station was also used for special deliveries of gunpowder for the nearby quarry where pink granite was excavated. (Source: Notice at the nearby car park.) The station building is now a private dwelling.
