I am pleased to address you on the opportunity to extend a cordial patriotic and revolutionary greeting, while giving response to your communications Number 1500-2600-14-000893 and Number 1500-260014-000892, both dated June 5, 2014, received by the National Commission as of June 6, 2014, in which they seek the origin of of the IP address and information of interest to identify and locate the owner of the Twitter accounts @williamsDPV123 and @AnonymusWar. In this regard, I attached a detailed report on each Twitter account, for your knowledge and other purposes.
