Foi atualizado pela Portaria Ministerial nº 345, de 15 ABR 1986. Modificado pela Portaria Ministerial nº 778, de 5 DEZ 1995. Alterado pela Portaria Cmt Ex nº 326, de 2 JUN 09, e incrementado pela Portaria Cmt Ex nº 1.002, de 3 AGO 15."
