English: Unseasonably strong sunlight back-lights single flower of Brugmansia sanguinea ( Ruiz & Pav. ) D. Don to reveal to advantage corolla translucency and venation, and structure of stigma and ripe anthers bearing fluffy pollen.
Flower borne by small, container-grown specimen in cool glasshouse in London's Chelsea Physic Garden. Unseasonably bright February sunlight at low angle lit up corolla of flower with unusual beauty and clarity.
