• Fair Use: This is an image of Garfield Barwick contained in the archives of the National Library of Australia. As he is no longer alive his image is now unobtainable, and is thus contended to be fair use as demonstrative of the judge as he would have appeared on the bench of the High Court. The image adds a great deal to the articles Garfield Barwick and List of Chief Justices of Australia by time in office. He remains one of the most well known and important Cornish Australians.
